We've received numerous requests to change up our communication procedures with students. As a result of your comments, we'd like to present you with a new method of communication from ASWU. Instead of receiving individual emails for every event, we are combining them into one email that will go out every morning. It will list all the events for the day and the upcoming weeks. The events will be displayed in chronological order from earliest to latest.
This post is letting you know that if you want to know what's going on in ASWU, you have to pay attention to this daily email.
We've also heard from a number of students that they prefer our current email system. The new system is not set in stone. We want to make sure that we are meeting the needs of students. Therefore we will be running this new process for a week and collecting feedback from you guys on how you like it. There will be a link to a survey at the bottom of each email, so make sure you fill it out and let us know.
This new system is planned to kick off on Monday, Feb 28th and will continue until the following Monday. At that point, ASWU will analyze the feedback and figure out where to go next with this project.
